We are first and foremost a Family Office, carefully investing in small but promissing companies.
We are supported by a sesoned team of private, international and highly experienced entrepreneurs, who are not only consultants but als active with finance and project funding transactions themselfs.
All this partners contribute to the group there knowledge of diversified sophisticated Investment- and Finance strategies and there high profiled networks of global Co-Investors for diverse cross-border private equity club deals.
Therefore we are a uncommon investment & consulting company, since we act ourself as a investor and mediator between the group of investors, other co-investors and the selected investments in the form of acquired assets and targeted companies.
Our Board
Mr. Kolar is Croatian national, born in year 1965 and holds diploma as Marketing professional from IHK, Germany and as Manager of excelence from GEWIA Management school, Germany.
Currently he holds also position as president of the board of Trinity Wealth Management AG a Swiss regulated (SRO) Asset Management Company and as Board Member of Alprimo AG another Swiss based Consulting company in Rheineck.
Mr. Kolar contributes his 35 years+ of international, corporate consulting and business experiance in an variety of diferent industry sectors such as residential and commercial real estate, alternative energy, finance and private equity.
Previously he served as Group Vice President with a Milan based Private Equity boutigue and is director of an Foundation for education on financial matters, with legal seat in Den Haag, Netherlands.
For the Family Office he focuses on strategic investments, project development including alternative project funding.
